The training-gap analysis form
If you request a gap analysis we collect your company name, your role, your work email address, and up to three documents you choose to upload. We also record which button you arrived from and which of two headline variants you were shown, so we can tell what is working on this page.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
What happens to the documents. They are sent to us as attachments on a notification email; we do not operate a separate document store for this form. That means they pass through our email provider and sit in our mailbox until deleted.
Retention: we delete uploaded documents and the surrounding correspondence within 90 days of sending your report, or sooner if you ask. Ask at any time and we will confirm when it is done.
We do not use your documents to train models, share them with anyone outside the sub-processors below, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
The checklist
If you request the GDP Chapter 2 checklist we collect your email address in order to send it, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b). We keep it only as long as needed to answer any reply.
Cookies
One, first-party: exp_hero. It stores the single
value v1 or
v2 for 30 days, so that the headline you see stays
the same between visits while we test two versions of it. It contains no identifier, is not
read by anyone else, and is not used to track you across sites.
There is no analytics on this site. No tracking pixels, no third-party scripts.

Delivery of the gap-analysis notification and the checklist email
Dispatched from the EU region. Email metadata and logs are stored in the United States, under standard contractual clauses.
We would rather tell you plainly that email delivery touches a US provider than claim an EU-only chain we cannot evidence.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. Email office@sftwrk.at and we will answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna).
