Records are e-signed (eIDAS), timestamped, bound to the exact document version, and exportable as a complete evidence pack. That is the structure GDP asks for: kept records, assessed competence, evaluated effectiveness. We also give you the full audit log — the opposite of a black box.

Does the AI invent training content?

Every generated question and statement carries a citation to the exact passage of your SOP or the GDP text it came from. Anything without a source doesn't ship. And nothing reaches staff before the RP approves it.

We're a 3PL working under client SOPs. Does that work?
